🕘Sessions are held at 9:00 AM and last 30 minutes, so your pup won’t come into contact with any other dogs or customers. Just peaceful shopping. Call or email to book!

Yes! We carry Skout's Honor Skunk Treatment. You can use this as part of our Laundromutt service, where you can use our facilities and products to wash your pup and keep the nasty skunk smell out of your house.

All returns must be brought into one of our stores to be processed. We will gladly give you a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days, if accompanied by a receipt. Store credit for the current price will be issued for any return without a receipt, or after 60 days. Toys, collars, leashes, apparel, harnesses, beds, crates, and cat trees must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable.

It’s free with a minimum order of $50 (before tax) and the delivery address is in an approved zip code. Certain zip codes outside of our delivery radius may have either a $5 or $10 delivery fee added no matter the order size.

*There is a $5 delivery fee for orders not meeting the $50 minimum.

Orders can be placed any time. We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed before 2 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be delivered that day. Orders placed after 2 pm are usually delivered the next delivery day. We will send you an email when your order is out for delivery. We will deliver as early as 7 am and as late as 8 pm.  

We also offer In Store Pickup. You can place your order online and we'll text you when it's ready - usually in less than an hour! Orders can be picked up any time the store is open.

We now offer shipping on select items. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped.

Yes! We ship select items through USPS. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and shipping.

However, dry food and frozen items cannot be shipped at this time. If you have any questions about shipping eligibility, feel free to contact us!

No, you do not need to be home to accept delivery. We will leave your order by the front door in an inconspicuous location out of the elements, unless you instruct us otherwise.

With automatic delivery you never have to worry about running out of food or treats. We do all the remembering. M+M will contact you a few days before your delivery as a reminder and opportunity to change your order if need be.
