What does delivery service cost?
It’s free with a minimum order of $35 (before tax) and the delivery address is in an approved zip code.
*There is a $3 delivery fee for orders not meeting the $35 minimum.
Can you special order items for delivery?
We carry a variety of brands in our store but realize there are many other items that just won't fit in our space. Please message us if you'd like to see if we can get a certain product for you. We only order products after you, the customer, orders from us. This allows us to keep our prices in line with traditional stores and deliver it free of charge (with the delivery minimum). We are also able to offer a larger selection of food and treats if we don’t have to worry about keeping an inventory.
What is automatic delivery?
With automatic delivery you never have to worry about running out of food or treats. We do all the remembering. M+M will contact you a few days before your delivery as a reminder and opportunity to change your order if need be. We also offer a 5% discount on most brands when you schedule automatic delivery.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
No, you do not need to be home to accept delivery. We will leave your order by the front door in an inconspicuous location out of the elements, unless you instruct us otherwise.
What is your order deadline?
Orders can be placed any time but if you place an order for delivery before 5 pm we will make every effort to deliver the same day. Orders placed after 5 pm will be delivered the next day. We also offer In Store Pickup. You can place your order online and we'll text you when it's ready - usually in less than an hour! Orders can be picked up any time the store is open.
My preferred brand of food has a frequent buyer program. Do you honor that?
Yes, we do honor frequent buyer programs. We will keep track of everything for you and let you know when you're close to your free bag of food. If you’d like to complete the FBP yourself you’ll need to send the completed card into us before we can deliver your free bag of food.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be brought into one of our stores to be processed. We will gladly give you a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days, if accompanied by a receipt. Store credit for the current price will be issued for any return without a receipt, or after 60 days. Toys, collars, leashes, apparel, harnesses, beds, crates, and cat trees must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable.

What are your business hours?
The Mt Juliet location is open 10 am until 7 pm Tuesday through Friday and 10 am to 5 pm Saturdays and Sundays. The East Nashville location is still temporarily closed. We are closed major holidays. We will deliver Monday through Sunday as early as 7 am and as late as 8 pm.
Do you ship orders?
Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to place an order to be shipped. We will add the shipping charges to your order. We can ship most orders via UPS or U.S. Postal Mail. We will always use ground shipping but you can elect to switch it to expedited shipping. We are currently working on accepting orders to be shipped.
